For 18+ years, Keyasha has been a leader in the development and marketing world. She has crafted and executed successful fundraising strategies, implemented new marketing techniques nationwide, and has advanced client goals. 

Prior to forming her consulting business, she was the first project director for The Community Foundation in San Diego County.  Where she opened 12 districts for tutoring services of foster youth and Title 1 students.  

As the VP of Mission Advancement, Brand Marketing, and Tech, Keyasha partnered with the CEO and COO to expand the budget from $787,000 to $3,900,000+ yearly. During this time, she helped shape and support the organization in receiving funds from renewable government and private foundation grants totaling $6.05M. 

Keyasha developed an in-depth knowledge of grant portfolios and fostered lucrative relationships in that role.  Including being responsible for a leading 501(c)3 fundraising development.
